Know where Demo progression ends
The current Demo does not provide every material or class described in older videos or the full-game overview. The October 7 update removed copper and Blast runes from the Demo.
A later update made Howling Woods trees require a copper axe. Reaching that requirement does not establish a current Demo route to obtain copper. Check the trial’s boundaries before planning an entire higher-tier crafting chain.
The Demo supports solo play and up to eight players. That player limit does not describe how a particular host and guest’s saves are stored; do not treat it as a save-ownership guarantee.
Will your preparation carry over?
The developer promises that updated Demo worlds and characters will transfer to the full game. The October 7 update required a new world and character, so the answer differs for older saves.
